"Helaine, as Chief Legal Counsel at Archstone, was a pleasure to work with. She brought a critical legal eye to our work while balancing business issues and risk. Given Archstone's entrepreneurial nature, Helaine often had to be proactive in coordinating many moving parts, but she always did this with grace and in a spirit of partnership. Having worked with senior legal at large organizations (IBM, Deloitte) I feel Helaine is probably the best with which I have worked. A polished executive style, sharp legal skills, excellent client facing capabilities and a balanced business approach make Helaine a unique talent. |
